It's been a long time since I've been around, I don't even know if anyone will read this, but anyway.

These last years I went through many experiences, I was in a different country, far from my family. I had wonderful moments that I wouldn't trade for anything, even working 10 to 12 hours a day, people were amazing even barely speaking Japanese I managed to communicate with them.

But with the pandemic that changed, I had to change cities, jobs. I went to a place with more Brazilians (like me), and it was the worst place. The work itself wasn't complicated, but the environment and people were toxic.

I met good people yes, but they were few.

I've always had a defect where I kind of pull others' problems, I like to help those I consider my friend, and I end up pulling the feeling (I'm the type who can cry if someone is crying nearby). And that affected me a lot, I ended up coming home and started having anxiety attacks in the middle of the night, some or other spikes of anger where many I scratched myself to try to control this feeling.

Today I'm a mess, emotionally speaking, almost every day my heart races and I'm afraid of having an anxiety attack.

I keep drawing and posting, more on Instagram and now also on TikTok. But I changed, I stopped drawing so many Mlp, but I miss it, let's see if I'll post it here again. What has given me a relief is Haikyuu that I just finished seeing with my mom xD
